...The QF-1000 is an automatic folder for production of cross folded wet wipes made of for example spun laced, thermo bond or air laid material. The machine slits a parent roll into 5-8 lanes, add lotion, Z-fold (in two steps), cross fold and stack. Finished stacks will be delivered on an outfeed conveyor which will feed into the packaging machine with no manual handling.
